Step 1:

Navigate to your profile dashboard and click the button with the minus icon at the bottom of your balance.

Step 2:

Before initiating your first withdrawal, set up 2FA (two-factor authentication) for added security. This is a one-time setup required only for the initial withdrawal.

Step 3:

To configure 2FA, download an authenticator app on your phone. Scan the QR code or copy the key phrase and paste it in the authenticator app. After successfully adding it, copy the authenticator code and paste it in the 2FA code space. Click “confirm.”

Step 4:

A)After setting up 2FA, you will be automatically logged out. Log back in by clicking the “Login” button.

B) input your 2FA code from the authenticator app, and clicking “continue.”

Step 5:

Once logged in, return to your account page and click the minus icon at the bottom of your balance.

Step 6:

On the withdrawal pop-up page, it's advisable to whitelist your withdrawal address before any withdrawal. Click the green “add” button.

Step 7:

On the wallet address page, click the icon next to “withdrawal address whitelist.”

Step 8:

Follow the prompts to receive a verification code via email and a 2FA code. Input both codes and click “submit.”

Step 9:

Return to the wallet address page, click “add,” and provide the necessary information: select an asset, input your withdrawal address, choose a chain, and name your wallet.

Step 10:

You will be directed to the add “add address” page where you will be required to select an asset, input your withdrawal address, chooses a chain and name your wallet

Step 11:
A) After entering the required information, select “Next.”

B) Verify your address with a 2FA code and click “Submit” after inputting the code.

Step 12:

Once your wallet is verified, a green tick mark will appear.

Step 13:

Return to the withdrawal page and select your whitelisted withdrawal address from the dropdown menu.

Step 14:

After whitelisting your withdrawal address, choose your withdrawal coin, select the chain, input the withdrawal amount, paste your withdrawal address, and click “confirm.”

Step 15:

On the confirmation page, input your 2FA code to complete the withdrawal. Copy the code from your authenticator app and click “Submit.”

Mobile App:

Step 1:

Open the Levex app, go to your wallet dashboard, and click the button with the minus icon at the bottom of your balance.

B) Click on the “Manage” button

C) Select “add address”

You will be directed to the add “add address” page where you will be required to select an asset, input your withdrawal address, chooses a chain and name your wallet
