How to Change Your Password on LeveX

Step 1:

Commence by selecting the dropdown menu located on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2:

After clicking the icon, a dropdown menu will appear. Choose the first option, "Settings & Security."

Step 3:

Once you are on the settings page, scroll down to the “Account” tab and then click the “Change” button for password configuration.

Step 4:

A pop-up screen will appear with details on how to change your password. Input your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm the new password.

Note:

Ensure that your new password includes both capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Step 5:

After entering your new password, scroll down and click on “Confirm,” and your password will be successfully updated.

Note:

Keep in mind that you won't be able to request a withdrawal for 24 hours after changing your password.
