If you've activated 2FA for your account but can't log in due to losing access to Google Authenticator, follow these steps:
1. Attempt to locate your Secret Key. This key is displayed during the initial binding of Google Authenticator. If you still possess your Secret Key, you can proceed with the original process to re-bind Google Authenticator with your LeveX account.
2. If you're unable to log in and you're sure that you've lost your Secret Key, proceed with the regular login process. When prompted for the Authenticator code, click on the "Security verification unavailable?" option.
3. You will be forwarded to the Reset Security Settings Page. Choose “ Google Authentication is not working. I’d like to reset it.” Then click “Next”.
4. A verification code will be sent to your email. Retrieve the code and enter it in the current page.
5. After entering the email verification code, your 2FA reset will be completed. However, please be aware that withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours as a security measure.
