Step 2: Specify Transaction Details

Step 3: Request Acknowledgement
Once your request has been received, a customer service agent will acknowledge it and begin processing your transaction records. Please note that it may take a moment for the agent to confirm receipt of your request.
Step 4: Wait for Document Preparation
After your request has been acknowledged, our team will prepare your transaction documents. This process typically takes 24 hours from the time of acknowledgment.
Step 5: Receive CSV File
Once your transaction documents are ready, they will be sent to the email address associated with your LeveX account as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. You can then download and save the file to your device for further use.

- Please ensure that the email address linked to your LeveX account is up-to-date to receive the transaction records promptly.
- The CSV file will contain detailed information about your transactions, including timestamps, amounts, transaction types, and any relevant notes.
