Given that you might possess multiple Google Authenticator codes for distinct accounts, it's crucial to verify that you're inputting the accurate 6-digit random code produced by your Google Authenticator or alternative 2FA applications.
Ensure that the code you're using pertains to your LeveX account. This code should be generated under levex.com and followed by your registered email address: levex.com(xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com).
You may be encountering a 2FA code error when time isn’t correctly synced on your Google Authenticator app. To troubleshoot your 2FA, synchronize the time on your mobile phone (in order to synchronize your Google Authenticator App) with your computer (from which you are attempting to log in.)
For Android:
- Go to your phone settings and click on General or System (depending on your phone).
- Click on Date & Time.
- Enable Automatic date and time.
If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable it. Then, go to the main menu of your Google Authenticator app, click Settings, click Time correction for codes and finally, click Sync now.
For iOS:
- Go to your phone settings, and click on General.
- Click on Date & Time, then Set automatically. If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable it.
If the above steps do not work, try restarting your phone or clearing your browser cache and cookies on your computer/laptop.
You can follow the steps below:
- Clear the cookies and cache in your browser by going to the settings page.
- To make sure the settings changes took effect, open a new window.
- Reopen and try to log in once more.
If the problem continues to persist after following the troubleshooting steps mentioned above, there could be an issue related to the binding of your Google Authenticator.
