Once the transaction meets the minimum required network confirmations specified by the LeveX system, your deposit will be successfully credited to your account. Please be aware that the minimum requirement varies for each cryptocurrency. Detailed information regarding the required blockchain and confirmations can be found on the Deposit page.
The process of transferring funds from an external platform to LeveX involves three steps:
1. Withdrawal from the external platform
2. Blockchain network confirmation
3. LeveX credits the funds to your account
2. Fail to reach the minimum deposit amount
Before initiating a deposit, kindly verify the minimum deposit amount specified on the crypto deposit page. If your deposit falls below this minimum threshold, the cryptocurrency will not be credited to your account.
3. Depositing coins that are not supported or using unsupported blockchain networks
Before making a deposit, ensure to choose the coin and network on the crypto deposit page to verify if LeveX supports the token and deposit network. Depositing an unlisted token or using an unsupported network may result in the loss of your assets, which cannot be recovered. If such an issue occurs, please prepare the provided information and contact our customer support for assistance.
4. Incorrect or missing tag/memo
If the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit requires a memo/tag, you can locate it on the crypto deposit page. If a tag is provided, input it into the Tag/Memo field on the withdrawal page of the corresponding platform.
Example: When depositing XRP coins on the XRP chain, a memo tag is required.
