How to Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on LeveX

Google Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a powerful tool to enhance the security of your LeveX account, protecting it from unauthorized access. Whether you’re using the web platform or the mobile app, setting up 2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring both your password and a unique verification code generated by your authenticator app.

Follow the detailed steps below to enable Google 2FA on your LeveX account, tailored for both the web and app versions.

Web Version

Step 1:
Click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2:
From the dropdown menu, select the first option, "Settings & Security."

Step 3:
On the Settings & Security page, scroll down to the "Advanced Protection" section. Click the "Add" button next to Google 2FA.

Step 4:
A pop-up window will appear with instructions for setting up Google Authenticator. First, download and install the authenticator app on your mobile device or computer, if you haven’t already.

Using the Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code displayed on the screen or copy and paste the code into the app.

Step 6:
The authenticator app will generate a unique 2FA code. Enter this code into the field on the LeveX page and click "Confirm."

Step 7:
To finalize the setup, a verification code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code into the provided field and click "Confirm."

Congratulations! Your Google 2FA is now enabled on the web platform.

App Version

Step 1: Open the LeveX app on your mobile device and log in to your account. Then, tap on your profile icon.

Step 2: Go to the "Settings" menu

Step 3:
Select "Account & Security" and tap the "Google 2FA" section. 

Step 4:

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up Google Authenticator. Download and install the app on your mobile device, if you haven’t already. Using the Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

The authenticator app will generate a unique 2FA code. Enter this code into the provided field in the LeveX app.

Step 5: A verification code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code in the app and tap "Submit" to complete the 2FA setup.

Congratulations! Your Google 2FA is now successfully enabled on the LeveX app.
