How To Withdraw Funds from LeveX

Web Platform

Step 1: Log into your LeveX account on the web, navigate to the Wallet section, and click on the “Withdraw option”

Step 2: Set up Google Two - Factor Authentication

Before initiating your first withdrawal, set up 2FA (two-factor authentication) for added security. This is a one-time setup required only for the initial withdrawal.

Step 3: Select the Cryptocurrency 

After setting 2FA, click the withdraw button, and a new page will open. Click on the desired cryptocurrency from the list.

Step 4: Click on the "Address" field.

Enter the address where you want to send the money. Click on the "Chain" dropdown menu Select the appropriate blockchain for the transaction.

Step 5: Enter the Withdrawal Amount:

Ensure the amount you want to withdraw is above the minimum withdrawal amount Enter the desired amount in the "Withdrawal Amount" field. 

Click the "Submit" button to initiate the withdrawal process.

Double-check the address and blockchain to ensure they are correct.

Step 6: Verification Page: You will now see the verification page. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. Then enter the code in the upper section of the verification page.

Enter 2FA Code:

Open your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) app and retrieve the 2FA code. Enter the 2FA code in the "2FA Code" field on the verification page.

The withdrawal request has finally been submitted!

Mobile App

Step 1: Log into your LeveX Mobile app & Click on the ‘Wallet’ option located in the lower right side

Step 2: Now click on the “ - “ option to withdraw your funds

Step 3: Select your cryptocurrency

Now click on the currency you want to withdraw by searching on the search bar or selecting manually.

Step 4: Enter the receiver wallet address & select the blockchain

A withdrawal page will appear. Here put the address where you want to send the amount and select the blockchain network carefully. 

Step 5: Enter the amount

Enter the amount you want to withdraw or click the “Max” option in case you need to withdraw all your funds

Step 6: Click the “Green” Withdraw button

Step 7: Confirm your withdrawal details 

Double-check the address, blockchain, and amount to ensure they are correct.

Step 8:  Verification Page: You will now see the verification page. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code.Then enter the code in the upper section of the verification page.

Enter 2FA Code:

Open your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) app and retrieve the 2FA code. Enter the 2FA code in the "2FA Code" field on the verification page

Step 9: Click on the confirm button 

Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted!
