How to Claim My Rewards

Tracking your distributed rewards on LeveX is user-friendly. This guide will help you navigate the platform to easily find and review your rewards.

Step 1: Navigate to the Welcome Bonus Page

Go to the LeveX homepage and hover over "Rewards Hub" in the top navigation menu. Then click on Welcome Bonus.

Step 2: Review Available Bonuses

On the Welcome Bonus page, you'll see the different types of bonuses available. Click the "Join Now" button to view the Welcome Bonuses associated with quests. 

You welcome bonuses include:

First Deposit: Fund your wallet with at least 100 USDT to unlock your first Surprise Drop - worth up to 25 USDT in futures credit.

First Trade: Place your first futures trade - no minimum volume required - and unlock a second surprise drop worth up to 50 USDT in futures credit.

Trading Volume Quest: Multiple levels and tiers that unlock higher surprise drops as your volume increases.

Perform a first deposit or trade.

Step 4: Claim Surprise Drops 

Once you've completed either deposit, trade, or volume requirements, surprise drops will unlock. Click these to open a confirmation pop up.

Within the popup, click on "View Rewards". 

Step 5: Open Your Surprise Drop

On the My Rewards page, you'll be in the "Surprise Drops" tab by default. Find your new Surprise Drop reward and click the "Open" button to reveal your randomized reward amount.

Step 6: Confirm Your Surprise Drop Amount

A popup shows your specific reward amount (e.g., "Futures Credit - # USDT"). Click "Confirm" to accept the Surprise Drop and add it to your available bonuses.

Step 7: Switch to Bonuses Tab and Redeem

Click the "Bonuses" tab in the My Rewards page. Find your new Futures Credit bonus (e.g., "Futures Credit - 1.6 USDT") and click the "Redeem" button to activate it for trading.

Step 8: Confirm Futures Credit Activation

A final popup confirms your Futures Credit has been activated. Click "Trade Now" or close the popup. 

The credit will automatically apply to your futures trading to help offset fees and provide additional margin protection.

Important Notes About Welcome Bonuses

Claiming Period - 7 days to claim Surprise Drop rewards after unlocking themFor additional questions about Quest participation, visit our Quest FAQ or contact LeveX support for assistance.

Redemption Window - 3 days to redeem bonuses after claiming

Active Usage - 7 days to use Futures Credit after redemption

Quest Expiration - All unclaimed rewards are forfeited when Quest periods end
